We lived here for over 2 years and had to move because of a kitchen fire in a nearby unit. A neighbor burned her kitchen while cooking dinner'

This place is usually very quite and the manger and maintenance are friendly and helpful and repairs are done quickly. Our unit was fairly big with lots of closets which we really miss in our new place.

We decided to move since our unit smelled a little like smoke after the fire. After discussing our situation with the manager they offered to refund our full deposit and the last months rent.

Over all we were very satisfied living here.
