Mozaic Apartments

So much noise From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   This apartment complex is right at Union Station. It's new but pricey and very noisy because of the Union Station trains, buses and the outdoor loud speaker system (24 hours a day). The double windows do not block out noise from the constant activity from the rail station. If you do consider this place, I'd look very closely to the quality of the apartment. Just because they have granite counters, don't let it fool you; all other materials used are very low end and cheap (carpet, flooring, lighting, toilet, shower, etc.). I'd look elsewhere.
