overpriced and not so nice

Don't let the new fool you. This apartment complex is over-priced and poorly upgraded. The ammenities are few and are not completed through construction. Too much traffic noise, sirens, buses, and constant foot traffic from the rail station. The bus stop along the street typically has 10 to 15 people waiting at it all day and night long. It's obvious why this complex failed as condos for sale originally.
