New Year New Apartment Bad Choice! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/14/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Each individual's experience will be different as there are so many floor plan choices here. But here are some facts about this place: VERY loud street noise, VERY poor upgrades - granite is the only upgrade, amenities are okay - not bad. If this review doesn't inspire you to keep your eyes and ears WIDE open when you consider this place, you will realize you made a mistake after committing to your lease. I read the previous comments AFTER I visited here and signed a lease in Febuary and it is all true about the noise. Do yourself a favor, come here in the morning, afternoon and night - look and listen CAREFULLY. Buses do run 24 HOURS A DAY here - engines idle, honking, sirens, sirens, sirens, 7 DAYS A WEEK noise. Sunday afternoons you will here loud music from Alvera Street - 5PM - come here then and you will here it outside and INSIDE. There are NO parking spaces for guests - NONE. Try apartments in real parts of downtown or another area completely. I made a big mistake renting here and I'm sick I signed a lease without doing better research!
