Mozaic Apartments

LOVE IT From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I must admit, Mozaic wan't my first choice. I wanted to rent at Metro 417, but the discounts they were giving on rent couldn't be beat. But, now that I live here I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. The leasing staff is excellent and I take advantage of all of the amazing amenities daily. I live in a one bedroom on the back of the 888 building and I can only hear the trains and the announcer if I am sitting in complete silence. I live on the top floor so I don't hear anyone above me and I never really hear my neighbors on either side. Everyone that I've met in the building has been really friendly. There is always a security guard walking around at night so I feel safe and I love having the convenience of walking to Union Station if I don't want to drive or walking to Olevera Street for a festival on the weekend or some Mexican food and even China Town or Phillipes sandwich shop. It's one of the cleanest parts of downtown with the least amount of homeless people and traffic. I love that it's a little secluded, but there are so many hidden treasures here and I love it. I'll admit it is pricey, but you get what you pay for.
