I signed a one year lease April 2007. I'm counting the days remaining already. Nice tenants here, but that's all I can say positive about this apartment. Helicopters frequently fly over the building and my windows shake from it. There is a lot of foot traffic and tons of buses from the metro rail station. The rent is high, even with their deep discounts to get tenants into this place. Keep looking elsewhere.
