My apologies for writing an early review, but after living here for a year... its a relief to finally be able to move out. they had increased the rent, and converted our two individual spot parking into a tandem lot. They gave us the option that if we wanted to keep the two separate parking spot, they'd charge us an extra $100. Overall, great location... next to union station... but, don't move in.. you'll live to regret it.

If you moved in May 2007, don't you think it's premature to make a fair evaluation only a few days later on May 3rd? Two days into your place. I would have waited a little longer before making comments, be responsible on here!
