Mozaic Apartments

two months here, feels like two years - in prison From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I read all the reviews so far. The positive ones sound like they came from the staff because of the buzz words. The negative ones have valid points but it's all on where you're at in these buildings. I do hear some street noise but I'm lucky to have a unit that is nestled in the center or the new building. I can hear how the outside apartments would hear all that noise. So the good about this place - it's clean and new. The bad about this place - overpriced even with their "concessions", upgrades are poor poorer and poorest. The light fixtures are plastic and cheap, the carpet is white/light tan (shows marks easily) and it is very low quality. The floors are vinyl and the curtains do not keep any light out. There are many pets here too, some dogs that appear to be too large to be at an apartment complex - so much for breed and size restrictions. No offense but many asian people live here so be prepaired to smell odd cooking smells. Can't say much about the grounds, there is not much public space around the building. The staff - "no comment" - smiles but they really don't care.
