Mozaic Apartments

homeless invading From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Well I felt safe and secure here since January but now with more tenants here, the security has been compromised and the grounds have become filthy. Several times I've seen homeless or strangers walking (or sleeping) in the common areas. Mozaic even sent out a warning letter to everyone to address the issue. I see a lot of homeless and intoxicated people around the building walking like zombies (nowhere to go), this building must appear as a nest for them. Union Station has the problem too but they have adequate security to keep the trouble moving out of their buildings and grounds (unfortunately it directs them to Mozaic's property). I've also taken note that there is urine on the grounds, from pets I assume. Trash is becoming a smelly problem. Walk along the building and you can smell the urine. Mozaic, time to get more staff to clean this place up, you're charging high enough rent for it. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
