Nice Location, Great Potential, Poor Management and Maintenance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   The lack of maintenance stands out as a real weak point. That great gym they keep promising to fix. Always curtious, but no action. Push the pedal on them and they bite back hard. Noise is a problem, but varies depending on your location. Guest Parking is abundant at $8/day just a block away. Close to Chinatown, Little Tokyo and Olvera Street. A party from noon to midnight, every night. Wonderful, unless you don't want the noise. Train noise isn't a real problem, but the soot from the brakes explains that dark dust on your furniture. Careful not to smear it on your lamp shades. Long distance Bus's park 24 hrs a day on the south side of the bldg. They never shut off their engines, which means you never open your windows. The street side has rush hour noise and constant metro buses.
