I should've known this place was going to be trouble when I moved in. My place had carpet stains that smelled of pet urine and there was pet hair every where including the white drapes. When I complained to management they said the apartment had been cleaned before I moved in. Obviously NOT if I'm making a complaint genius! It took two weeks just to get the carpets cleaned after speaking with Melina several times (even though maintenance pretty much just soaked the carpet - removed stains...not so much). And my drapes - It took so long to get a response I had to clean them myself. I had an issue with my apartment almost every month and it took weeks -if ever, to get them resolved. In all Staff & Managment SUCKS!
PARKING: I could never have friends over because there wasn't anywhere to park. No one wanted to park there anyway in fear of getting robbed or towed.
CLEANLINESS: SOME of the people their with animals let their pets pee and dump in the hallways, sidewalks, stairways, ELEVATORS <--not kidding, and don't even bother to clean it up. If you think Mozaic will - thats a joke!
NOISE: I'm not going to complain about the street noice because I knew that was going to happen moving in...however since Mozaic has no control of their tenants be aware - you might get woken up around 2am maybe 3am by a party or two on your nice, relaxing, weekends off. The walls are also paper thin...so good luck not trying not to get big foot upstairs and a club next door.
Moving out - I still haven't got my deposit back, and it's been months. Not to mention those carpet stains that were there when I moved in, guess who got charged for them.------>ME<------.
AMENITIES: Gym, Sauna, Pool, Wireless Cafe, Billiards Room...ALL Great! If you have time to use them. However the pool is just big enough for little children.
TRANSPORTATION: The ONLY good thing about living in this place is the public transportation - there but are several new "luxury" apartments near by that I would much rather take my chances with.
I've lived in other non "luxury" apartments that blow this place out of the water. Don't regret spending your hard earned money here!

SUE! SUE! SUE! After 30 days if a landlord holds deposit in bad faith they owe you double according to CA law. I got my deposit back, doubled, plus lawyer fees. It is a pain, but def. worth it.

Well, the deposit here is only $500, so suing Lincoln Apartments won't net you much, beyond the obvious satisfaction of sticking it to the arrogant company.
