This building is pretty bad. We've been here for 6 months and the second false fire alarm is going off as we speak (It's 10:40pm).
OK, it's finally off. Anyway, don't believe their lies about "cheap guest parking". This might be the worst place in all of L.A. to have guests over when it comes to parking. The building is pretty nice and quiet. Not much of a social scene here and the neighborhood is GHETTO. Living next to Union Station sounded nice but after using it a few times to get to Hollywood we stopped and ended up taking cabs or driving.
Anyway, it's a decent apartment but if you really want to move around here check out Little Tokyo.
