You will find them in the hallways. The elevators are old and one seems like it might fall any time, it shakes violently. Allergies' Stay away, the elevators stink of dog musk. The carpets are filthy. Of late, the new tenants are an uninspired lot. The neighborhood is the one of worst rated in the city. There was a murder on the corner not that long ago. Car windows are smashed. You would have to desperate to want to live here. No wonder they keep lowering the rents. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
