The community is very good, right in the hills, with a pleasant weather most of the times. There are some reviews about finding parking, but we had that problem maybe once or twice. If you rent a 2b 2b for a longer lease (12 months), they give you a tandem reserved parking free. The gym and pool are good, though the spa is always crowded. The only major problem we had (and it was very annoying) was cell phone coverage inside the apartment sucked. We had a very hard time making and receiving calls. The rent was very reasonable and the maintenance staff are very prompt and helpful. The security was lax at first, but then they started getting better towards the end of our lease.
