I hate this apartment

Iam still in this apartment and all I can say is the manager is unreachable. Also, there are so many cockroaches and at dark, they don't open the light right away in the parking. Not worth it at all.

I live on this building and I really think we need a new manager because Mary orozco she don't have any idea how to be a manager. the units needs a fully renovacion , also the building needs a capable person for maintenance . I'm ready to call health department or city.
