This is the guy that was getting sued by these guys. They were willing to work with me a little bit, reduce the fee for breaking my lease, and drop the court filing. Michael Lowman, their leasing manager, is not a bad guy.
They also say they can verify when my apartment was cleaned and that it is typical for an apartment to sit on the block for 10 weeks in October. Whatever. They were still completely unwilling to work with me while the meter was running. I had the place re-rented, all they had to do was respond, act, communicate, etc.
Anyway, nice place, great shopping, just don't have a life emergency and have to break your lease. They will get you.
