Well......It looks decent from the outside. The inside is another thing. It's PINK!!!! The people that live there are FILTHY! Always garbage in the halls, once I found a blood-stained paper towel! GROSS!! Alot of young people, which is good, I'm young, but the wrong crowd. I read another review about this apt. saying there was a meth lab down the hall, I hope there aren't any now! I still live there! I'm trying to get out as we speak.
The manager lady is a very non-responsive. I told her about a million times to PLEASE add my name to the directory out front so I can buzz people in and recieve packages!! I've lived there for almost four months, still no name. I've written it about 3 times on a little note when I gave her my checks for rent...still no name!!(she gladly takes my money though!)
there are people in the complex next door who are worse than the ones in my complex. I constantly hear a couple fighting and hitting eachother, and people pissing off the balconies.
It took 2 weeks before anyone repaired the water heater that was leaking, which saturated the carpet in the hallway, and STUNK!!!!
Theres more, not enough time to write it all.
Oh, cockroaches too.!! Everybodies favorite!!!
