The APT is not bad, it's the building and management!

I just recently moved out. I had a 6 month lease and thank god for that! The management is terrible!!!! and when I mean terrible I mean it's so bad you want to shoot someone! First of all the lady who was working there was so scatter brained she couldn't remember to do simple things, like give you back your money if you over paid, or repair things in you apt. Then this last month she left and WHO KNOWS who the new one is!!!!!! It's suppose to be some guy named chad, but I havnt seen or herd from him! I moved out without them even knowing because everytime I went to the office NO ONE WAS THERE! The building is very run down. The Halls smell really bad, the elevator hardly ever works, and everyone wants to leave! My neighbor saw me moving and said he is right behind me in moving!
The only good thing is the apartment itself is decent for an LA apt, but like I said the building is very run down. The only thing I liked was the view, the view is of the hollywood hills and really nice, but I dont think it's worth the bad management and run down building, also I herd people say they raise the rent each time you renew the lease almost over 1,000 each time!!!
There are a lot better looking apts in this area, keep on looking!
