This is a nice complex, but I cannot speak for the new management. Macbeth Apartment Systems is not longer the Management Company and Raven is no longer the manager.

I've lived at Orange Towers for almost a year and Raven hasn't been here for most of it. I still have not seen much improvement. Maintenance is slow to fix repairs (the mailboxes have been broken for several months). Overall its just not worth the money they are charging to live here. Everyday people are moving out.
