Everything is wrong......the staff turnover is extremely high....it changes every month and I'm not exaggerating! The building is only fours yrs old and completly run down....due to staff unable to take responsibility and stay long enough to address any issues. Parking is a nightmare along with the so-called ammenities....dont be fooled....the ammenities are rundown, disgusting, and not maintained. The owner only cares about building new apartments and then not having a management company....stay long enough to keep them maintained. Building is four yrs old and has had four different management companies.....rumor is owner is searching for another one. The building has had over 16 different mangagers.....thats almost over three a year....and I'm not including the other staff memebers......you never know if your going to see the same person in the leasing office....and the staff is so untrained and has no clue on how to manage residents request or issues. Do not move into any Palmer buildings....its the same at every building....Orsini, Medici, Visconti, Piero, Skyline...etc
The so-called 24 hr courtesy patrol (concierge), does not take noise complaints seriously....people are continously partying in the wee hours and patrol does nothing, break ins, resident held at gun-point...etc.

I've only lived here for a month but I can totally agree with this review. Since the day I moved in, my apartment unit was not ready. They didn't change the carpets... looks years old. The patio furniture was broken, the refrigerator didn't cool properly and spoiled my food, and the plumbing was horrible, not to mention the AC wasn't working. Denny said he would bring something to keep us cool... Our unit was well close to 90 degrees for a week. My roommate and I had to literall avoid coming home because it was soooo hot inside. I had clogged sinks, and bathtubs by the 2nd week. The management or more like the head maintenance guy, Denny, doesn't care to report any of this. I don't understand why they would hire anyone that doesn't care about the well being of the tenants. The management is so slow to react it is ridiculous. I've had gotten better service and treatment from my college days at really cheap apartments than this place. The amenities don't even make up for the poor management!!! The management is just $$ hungry. They don't provide enough parking for the tentants... before moving in they told us that there was additional parking spots for $105/mo. We definitely needed an extra so we were cool with that and signed... Get this... right after we move in... we find out that there's no extra spots that we can buy and that we have to look for lots around the area. So there's tandem parking, Ok so one night I was loading stuff out of my car and couldn't find my roommate to move his car up.. thinking no biggy b/c my car is in the parking garage and I have my permit on... I go down and my car was about to get towed... mind you I had my permit and everything on the window shield... O and don't worry if you pay your rent on time, they'll excuse you of paying late and add a late payment fee of $50 This place is insanely ridiculous. I wish I had read the reviews and asked current tenants about this place prior to signing the lease. It's not worth the price that you pay living here!!!
