Our guest have to pay $10 to park overnight at the structure. First they mentioned that our guest are allowed to park, but they changed it. If you need extra parking space, it will cost you $110/monthly. I've talked to the staff a few times about parking and no one would help. No one knows where we can park our guest besides the street which you have to move by 7am or you will get towed. Staff only want their commission and just do not care. The whole building just want you to spend more money and just keeps piling everything on your bill. Internet has been down for almost a month now so there's another amenity that is out. Everything else you have to pay to use. The bowling, virtual golf, theater....do not be fooled.

I love the customer service, of the Orsini. Resort style. Great Amenities! The manager, of this place, is first class. It's like, a vacation, everyday I wake up at this place. The residents, and staff, are all very cordial. There are a few things, that can be better. Then again, could be worse. Nothing out of the ordinary. That goes, for every place. On a scale, of 1-10. I'd give a 9. Best place, in the city/state. Maybe, the country. I love it!!!!!

I don't know what structure your talking about when you said your guest are parking in. But it's not $10 bucks. There is a free guest parking garage and if it is full there is addidtional parking off that is only $4!
