Come on now....back to back to back of positive review about staffs.
Looks like someone is full of crap and inflating their own ego or this property.
How many residents actually wrote these reviews the past week' Apartment Ratings should do an IP check to see.....

I love the customer service, of the Orsini. Resort style. Great Amenities! The manager, of this place, is first class. It's like, a vacation, everyday I wake up at this place. The residents, and staff, are all very cordial. There are a few things, that can be better. Then again, could be worse. Nothing out of the ordinary. That goes, for every place. On a scale, of 1-10. I'd give a 9. Best place, in the city/state. Maybe, the country. I love it!!!!!

I don't know what structure your talking about when you said your guest are parking in. But it's not $10 bucks. There is a free guest parking garage and if it is full there is addidtional parking off that is only $4!
