Orsini

 

I have lived at the Orsini for 5 years now and I have watched a fantastic and beautiful resort-like complex deteriates over the years.

The management staff has changed at least 9 times in the past 5 years.

Greystar JPI is the management company of this property, and owner, G.H.

Palmer Associates.

I have sent letters trying to get them to shape up.

A few months back, there were people breaking in various residents' homes, stealing their electronics and furniture.

They even broke in one of the model units and cleaned out the furnishings there!!! All this happened even though the Orsini supposedly has 24-hr security!!! Where was security when that was going on' Watching TV or hitting on other residents.

The place is gross and dirty.

There are graffiti in the elevators, in the garage, and in the halls.

What's the final straw' The Orsini/G.H.

Palmer had allowed plumbing leakages in the garage to go on for months on end; one of these leakages caused a $1600 damage to my car! After a year's wait, I still have not heard or received any payments for the damage.

On top of that, I got a letter last month, informing me that my rent has been raised!!! In this rental market''' The Orsini is the perfect place to live if you want to pay $2400 - $2600/month for low class living.
