BAD MANAGEMENT COMPANY, VERY BAD MAINTANCE DEPT.

MY AIR CONDITIONING HAS BEEN OUT FOR 3 WEEKS , AND THEY CONTINUE TO SAY THAT I AM ON THE LIST. WHEN CALLING THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHO YOU ARE SPEAKING TO OR WHO THE OWNERS ARE FOR A FORMAL COMPLAINT.
