PE Lofts is a Great Place to Be From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I moved in on the very first day. Don't be taken by gripes from people who moved in early and didn't realize what they were getting into; the building is completed finished and a paradise. The best lofts of all the buildings I toured downtown. They really do a lot for the residents, are super-friendly and the building itself is georgeous. The parking is safe. The neighborhood is a bit up and coming, but security is ample and I feel very safe around my building. Oh - and ignore the comment from the guy about homeless people on the front door. I'm not sure what he's talking about, it's not even close to that. Overall, a wonderful place to live.
