I have my share of complaints with this building, but you are never going to like 100% of the things in an apartment complex. Some neighbors are loud, but I never hear mine. Most people are reasonable. The pool area closes at 11pm out of respect for the people who's windows face that way. There are a lot of snobby people here, but it's LA, what do you expect' The management has been nothing but nice and helpful to me. I love my apartment. Everyone is amazed by it. Also, the building is soooo pet friendly. The dog walk is always busy and really fun if you have pets. I have met a lot of great people while living here. The area is horrible, but if you have a car, you wont have to deal with it. The garage needs to be changed. PE lofts needs to buy it so that we can all park our cars and have free guest parking. Guests have to pay 5 dollars every time they park and they cant stay overnight in the garage. There is an overnight garage across the street, but it's a hassle. Every other Legacy Management property in Downtown seems to be getting finished before ours. We have easy access to all freeways. Overall, I like it here, but things could definitely be improved. But i garantee you, it will be the same no matter where you go.

I beg to differ. I moved out recently and found another place downtown that I like 100%. So if you're guaranteeing that things are the same everywhere, then you owe me some money. Trust me, there are a ton of better places downtown, you're just settling if you stay there.

EVERYONE likes their NEW place 100% when they first move in. Otherwise, you wouldn't have rented there. Can you actually name a place that's better downtown for the money? A place that has indoor parking, a rooftop pool? I notice you didn't name YOUR place.

Not everyone likes their new place when they first moved in. In fact, I hated the PE Lofts from day 1. But now I live in a better part of town, with 2 assigned parking spaces, free guest parking, great security, quiet neighbors, nice view, ultra modern appliances, W/D in unit, and nicer amenities. Yes, it's more expensive. Proof that the PE Lofts is just the low income residence downtown.

I suppose having a rent of over $3K a month is considered low income? You must be one of those snooty pitiless people. Where you think, where you live is who you are and what you own best describe you. Since your place is more expensive, you must think your better than someone who pays less than your rent?! Your sorry.
