Beautiful Unit - everything works and when there are problems, maintenance comes quickly.

But that is where the good things end.

Although there is at least 1 security guard at the front door around the clock, secure doors are held open, delivery people come and go and the parking garage is open to the public during the day.

Common spaces are dirty, parking garage is filthy, neighborhood is beyond filthy. Valet parking sounds nice, but valets damage cars from time to time and management will not take your side. Noisy parties are common - even ownership sponsored private parties (residents not invited) do not follow the noise rules.

Office is difficult to get a hold of either has no authority to act or refuses to - I haven't figured out which one. They can't even do the easy things - notices are sent late, packages misplaced, phone calls not returned. Constant turnover of office staff.

Building has a lot of potential... maybe I'll check back in a few years.
