we have lived there since the building opened. I can't tell you how many "promises" have been broken, from washing the exterior windows to completing the downstairs restaurant. These things were promised to us when we moved in and we are tired of waiting. On top of that is the lax security and the parking problems. so we are gone. we found a great condo in westwood for half the price and double the space. No workout room or pool (but who wants to use those in the building)
