I guess I'm one of the losers who doesn't like to party. I WAS told that this is a luxury building when I moved in and that it was quiet here. But the constant rooftop parties make a lot of noise and it drifts down the lightwell into my apartment. Management acts like they care but neither they nor security will do anything even when there are drunks wandering the halls shouting at 4am. I don't even bother to go to the rooftop anymore because of the puke and piss stains there. The New Years party convinced me it's worth paying a small fortune to break the lease and get out.
