this is definitely a beautiful building but living here has been miserable! we live in one of the penthouses & we love our apartment but because of our location we are constantly impacted by film crews. the owner whores out this building so much! not only with filming but during the day our garage is available for anyone to park in! so much for a secure building! and it has slowly over the months turned in to an expensive dorm! there are some awesome people here but there are alot of immature people too, ones that feel their apartments and the pool area should be their own personal nightclub. and management won't help you with any noise issues or complaints. we can't wait for our lease to be up!!
