This has been a common problem but yesterday was really horrible. The rooftop is always overrun with people that don't even live here! The lease says you're only supposed to bring 2 guests with you to the pool, but people keep throwing these weekend-long parties and invite all of their friends. And their friends friends. So actual RESIDENTS can not use the pool facilities on the roof. The police had to be called twice. Security couldn't do anything to stop it. But worst of all, the front door to the building kept getting propped open so anybody off the street could walk in and go to the pool. The noise, the trash, and the smell yesterday, and even lingering today was awful. This is completely unacceptable and it keeps happening nearly every weekend.
This is NOT a place for adults to live!

Sounds like a cool place to party but not so much an actual place to live. It's what gives DT an edge. If one wants peace and tranquility then go towards nature.
