What can I say that hasn't already been said here' If you're considering moving to the PE Lofts, read all of these very carefully - THEY'RE ALL TRUE. I have been here a few months and really regret not taking these seriously. The place isn't secure, it's loud, dirty, and the management is unresponsive. It might not be the managements fault, the owner just seems to not care about the residents. The public spaces are often rented out to private parties (residents not invited) or film shoots. The lofts are spacious, but poorly constructed. Just look at the flimsy plastic toilet seats for an example. Plus, the laundry facilities have been broken since I moved in and I have to search from floor to floor looking for a working one.
There are plenty of better places downtown if that's where you want to live. Don't believe the lies that management will tell you. Read all the reviews here very carefully and don't make the same mistake I did!

I agree 100%. People shout through their windows at all hours,( i guess they don't have telephones, or couldn't care less about the peace and quiet of others) as well as the constant blaring techno music. Management really sucks. I hate it here and can't wait to leave.
