I am a recent transplant from New York and thought I was leaving behind all the urban things that I'm accustomed to, but not so. I have a great loft here at Pacific Electric with parking, pool, gym, restaurants in the building, and more. Also the vibe downtown is really cool with art galleries and shopping. I definitely recommend it here. It has my stamp of approval.
