After moving to LA to attend fashion school at FIDM, I found the Packard Lofts to be a great place to live in downtown. The staff was very helpful with placing my roommates and I in the best possible apartment for our needs. The maintenance staff is excellent at fixing any problems right away. The kitchens are furnished with brand new stainless steel appliances and the bathrooms are very nice as well. The building is well secured and there is a nightly guard on duty. The landlord is extremely helpful and has made sure that my roommates and I are satisfied. The rooftop grill and hot tub are some of the nice amenities the Packard Lofts has to offer, as well as a well-equipped workout room and gaming/lounge area. I would definitely recommend the Packard to anyone looking to live downtown, especially students.
