Noisy and overpriced

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Lived here for a year. Can't wait to leave. Very noisy area to live. Lots of dogs. Overpriced for the quality inside apartment - thin walls can hear everything the above neighbors do, cheap fixtures; closet rails have already broken off walls. Management not helpful.
