I have lived here for over a year and I have become increasingly frustrated with the management. Parking is an absolute disaster at the Palazzo. There is no street parking and they have extremely limited reserved spots. Many residents with two cars are left without spots and are forced to park in the overcrowded guest parking or pay a ridiculous fee to park in The Grove. The work-out and spa are beautiful, but the apartments are nothing special. If I could do it all over again, I would have moved to The Legacy in Westwood.
