all i have to say about them is that after i moved out, they STOLE my deposit!!!!!!@#$%^&*. and wrote me a check for an amount so shameful that i can not EVER EVER EVER reveal the amount.....it's THAT ridiculous of an amount........wanna know' Fine......I deposited more than 2600 U.S. dollars and I received a check for about $200!!!!!! They claimed that I left the place an absolute reck...but that's absolutely B.S. cuz I even cleaned and VACCCCCUMMMMMEDDDDD the damn place. It's bad enough that that place is way overpriced but to have crooked management like them.....soooooooooo unprofessional, so unethical, so uneducated and so un-cool......by the way, did I mention that they have a rodent problem' OH YES THEY DO!!!!! Had 2 rats INSIDE my apt...they blame it on K-MART saying it's because of them but it's not...it's PALAZZO!!! You can even see them suckers at night when you look out at the balcony!!! I hope the rats eat that building down to the ground........Palazzo sucks!!! Did I mention that the management are all wanna-be aspiring striving starving craving actors and actresses....it's no wonder they're so cheap.....they'll do anything to make it BIG!!!!!!!

Funny, I remember having this conversation with you(I will protect your anonimity), remember me, your neighbor with the connecting wall. You were a mess. If you cleaned the place when you left, that was the ONLY time you cleaned it. You smoked like a chimney, stored boxes and old papers on your balcony--the perfect home for rats, and would not take your trash to the trash chute, instead you would just sit it outside your door (right next to MY door) and wait until maintenance or someone (me)finally took it away. It's no wonder there were rats. Funny, since you left, so did your "pets"

This is hillarious...I've toured these apartments and they are spectacular and beautiful. The grounds are amazing and the management was very friendly and helpful. I didn't see any trace of "rodents" at all. Only downfall is the rent price...if I could afford this place however, I'd move in in a second. The location is amazing.

These places are LOUD, CHEAP CONSTRUCTION and the whole places shakes and vibrates all day long! Kids SCREAMING ALL DAY LONG at the pool! The entrance to bldgs 3&4 is a NIGHTMARE due to the traffic from KMART and Whole Foods etc.. Pedestrians going crossing third street. You will wait at the traffic light FOREVER! Don't be fooled by the nice landscaping and pool boy, spa, lobby etc. The apts are soooo CHEAP and Thin and you'd will think you are in a mobile home!!!!
