Good- Nice neighborhood, secured,gated community, close to the grocery stores & malls, nearby schools (private and public) are pretty decent, pool spa, nice gardens, gym, computer room, meeting rooms.

Bad- admin Staff not very friendly, priced really high, sometimes drunk students make a lot of noises and no one stops them, most of security personnel wait to giv people tickets then help them out in anyway, very few robberies, next to the fire station (lil noisy).

This place is awful. Screaming kids at pool. Crowded elevators with service people and movers. 3rd street traffic, sirens, busses etc. The kitchen and bath look like a mobile home interior, thin, cheap and flimsy. You will NEVER be able to sleep here with the thin ceiling, walls and slamming front doors all day and night! Apt shakes from people walking in the halls. Feels like an earthquake. 3rd street is a NIGHTMARE, sirens, busses, horns etc.. You will have to keep your doors and windows SHUT ALL DAY LONG! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! NOT WORTH IT!
