The units in this building are really pretty cool---I had hardwood floors and an amazing bathroom with a deep, deep tub. I only had a bachelor but it was spacious by such standards. Nice views of the surrounding buildings as well.

The big liabilities: parking and the surrounding buildings. Street parking is a nightmare---don't even think about having guests unless they're willing to pay $$ for a parking space. I rented from the city lot for $40 like the other reviewer but it's a long walk up a couple of dicey blocks. And the next-door apartment was just dreadful---cop cars were constantly in front and assorted people were always hanging out outside the building. Overall, not a bad set of apartments but the crappiness of the surrouding area just killed it for me.
