Terrible Management overpriced apartments

I moved in here in 2001, I'm leaving next month after two years of terrible management which included renting to a number of residents who were raided by the LAPD Narcotics squad- at least, 40 times- 17 of those last year, alone.
Postage stamp apartment singles are being rented for 1500 bucks, and 1 bedrooms for 1900 in a neighborhood where singels generally go for 1100, and one beds go for 1500.
No parking, no gym, no pool. The maintenance staff is surly, and NOT helpful. the manager is literally having an affair with the married owner, a new father. This place is scummy.
