The manager manipulates exual favors from tenants (angel sorriano)
The yard is always dirty
my apartment has flooded twice (due to carele4ss neighbors) I lost thousands uin items to be told O well
Mold growing in bathroom
fixtures fall down
They refuse to give u the management compnay info
they refuse to fix repairs
My toilet seat has been borke off for 3 months No toilet for 3 months
My central air has been broke for the last year!!
Then there was the cockroach problem I had to buy my own exterminating products to do every month b/c they said exterminating was a waste of time
the screen is out in my room for 4 months no fixing
tha lnadlord is a 25 yr old kid who is more worrie dabout getting laid than running the partment.. the aprtments used ot be very nice but now they are crap and way overpriced .. THERE ARE NO AMENITIES
