These apartments seemed like a good deal at first, tiny but clean apartments for an affordable price near the beach. But...these apartments are home to all kinds of drug addicts and at least two major drug dealers in the building. The house in the back and in several apartments. My car was repeatedly vandalized, I was stalked and rutinely insulted by people I didnt even know. There were no lights in the back parking lot. The thin sliding glass door that will be your front door if you live in a studio will rattle and provide you with no security against break-ins. Essentially, you live in an alley. The cars have to drive through there and alot of them sound horrible. You live in a hole in the ground, where they'll rent to anybody. People are hostile and habitual liars, constantly harrassing, attacking and generally threatening others for no apparent reason. People are unfriendly when spoken to. Management is of no help and is a drunk who'll believe anything anybody tells him. I paid $700 for my studio last year, I dunno what it is now. Mark my words...you'll be sorry if you rent this hole in the ground.
