Me and my husband seriously thought about moving to PLB. But after reading so many bad reviews, I think we'll give it a pass. But, can any one gives us any suggestion for an apartment that is good in LA'

I think you should look around and check out other locations on this site. You just really have to do your homework and remember that PLB mgmnt posts here all the time so the score is inflated. My friends have found really nice places just by looking. They are usually smaller complexes in hidden places and usually only one unit here and there. They are usually never one complex that you can point to, otherwise everyone in LA would be there. Great deals and cool places show up all over the place but they usually get snapped up right away. You really just have to look. I think this site is really a big help but you have to read everything about a place. Read all the posts before renting. Park La Brea is not a bad location and if you have lots of money and not a lot of time, this may be your place. Just make sure you know what to expect by reading the reviews. A busy person with lots of money to blow might not want to take the time to search. The location is great because of all the cool stuff right there. It is the way this place is managed that makes it a pain in the @$$. If you are not home much, you may like it here.

do you have tons of cash? then you definitly should not live here. you can find a nice place somewhere in la easily.
