A greedy management

These are well run and look nice at the front but behind the carports are filthy, rats gather. The penny pinching of the management is known, and they are money friendly. Definitely not tenant friendly. They try and evict people so they can raise the rent to new tenants.
There is a prison like air hanging over this community as management watch everything looking to pass more rules out.
The outside airconditioners are very loud The people in the leesing department are paid a minimum wage and get commission on all they rent so they rent to people who treat the place like a garbage dump.
The laundry rooms are dirty and the washing machines hardly ever cleaned. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
