This place sucks, to find parking after 8 pm is almost impossible. It is overprice, you can find a 1 bedroom somewhere else for hundreds less than what you pay here. And there is NO AIR CONDITION. Want to use the pool' you have to get a gym membership if you want to use the pool, $35 per person.

Have you thought of making a complaint with the better business bureau? Lodge your complaint, let as many people know that this place is farcical. The only way to get at such organization is through their pocket!
Complaining is only good when you make it work for you!

This web site is a good place to make it work for you. Lots of people come here before they rent. letting people know what to expect is sometimes better than those stupid agencies.
I contacted the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. That just made things worse. Worthless use of our tax dollars. I digress....sorry...
