Management -
Very rude and un friendly (Try to find management phone number..you won't. Only leasing). Feels like I'm in a military...I have to fix it or just shut up.
Even though you call them you have to wait 24 hours just to talk to them if you're really lucky.

Safety - Built in 1942 did you know'
Elevator's not working every other week but they spent money for painting the building. It's 12th story building.....You have to walk..
My car windows broken and lost GPS and my wife car's damaged by some hit and runner.
Security officer's busy just for watching resident violation. They seems not interest about visitors.

Noise -
I guarantee you can hear your next door neighber's snoring or secret talking.
You can hear alarm and shower and their TV....I say everything.

GYM-
You have to pay $35 month plus $35 initiation fee just go to crappy gym.
The swimming pool is also have priority to Meridian member so in the morning and evening you have to wait around 30 minutes.

Parking -
It's really hard to find spot after 4:30 pm.
Assigned spot is $50 month and lots of chance of getting ticket of $30 ticket.
$50 spot is way far from your apartment.

Laundry -
Saturday and Sunday..it's hell...you can see peoples fighting..because of lacks of machines and machines too old and dirty...
