I wasn't sure about it at first, but now that it's close to completion I think it looks fantastic!

I'm a tenant, and I'm going to vote no. I don't live in the towers so it doesn't affect me, but shouldn't someone have done a temperature test to see whether the black paint on concrete outer walls raises temps inside the units? These are un-air-conditioned tower apartments. Could make for a rather sultry summer for those with south-facing walls.
In my opinion the design is too busy and attempts to evoke a Deco-style era. The towers are actually late 1940s-to-midcentury, architecturally speaking, and I don't their lines are enhanced by the color blocks.

They can paint the place polka dotted, but I'd NEVER LIVE THERE AGAIN. It was a nightmare, and they never returned a cent of my deposit.
