I pay for parking as an added feature and I still don;t understand the pet policy (dogs or no dogs'). I should have known better than to rent here b/c my leasing agent barely returned a call once she received my deposit to hold the apt. Last month (Nov 08) they lost my rent check, charged me $75. I faxed them 11 pages of documentation that i paid it inc a duplicate check yet my claim was denied. I have only lived here for 5 months and am counting down the months unitl the lease is over. The staff has horrible customer service skills and blame all the issues on the fact that it's a big place but make you pay for it in the end.

Again, nothing seems to have changed with this place. The one big drawback to PLB is the retarded management. If they could just fix that, it would go a long way to making this place an awesome place to live.
