The staff is nice until you to sign your name on the dotted line. After that, you're treated like another brick in their wall. If you ever need to talk to them about any issues regarding your rent, lease contract, moving out etc, FORGET IT! The office staff never answer the phones and never return your call when you leave a voicemail. The rent goes up every year by the maximum amount allowed by law, you are nickeled and dimed for everything ($35 if you're locked out and the security needs to come and open the door for you, late fee even if you're late by a day), etc etc. But what gets me upset the most is that everyone on the staff is so impersonal. I feel like I'm living in a housing project and the staff are government beaurocrats. DON'T LIVE HERE! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
