No more sharing my $1730 1bedroom apt with ROACHES!!

Yes, it's definitely overpriced for this dump. Elevator is constantly down. Roaches are everywhere. Garbage disposal is always breaking down. There are cracks all over the ceilings and the walls. I hear outside noise at until 3am in the morning. The hallways stink. None of my room doors close shut. Water is constantly leaking. The windows don't open and close very well. The blinds are broken. etc. etc.
And all this for $1730 for 1 bedroom! I was told that I was moving into a "nice and luxurious apt". Hmmmm....you be the judge. It's been anything but "nice". I'm so out of here! Moving into a brand new luxury apt for less than $1730...At least I won't have to look at roaches crawling up my bed frame anymore.

The worst part is the way management treats you .....like a prisoner....it's disgusting....I'm SOOOOO glad I'm outta there.

Wow, you're lucky you only had roaches. I had wasp hives in my vents, cricket nests in the unit, and found lots of beetles and beetle eggs in my kitchen cabinets. For 6 months i showered with yellow rusty water. The BEST part was, after I moved out, the devils at park la brea sued me for $12,000 for breaking my lease saying my reasons were not legit! Sleeping with bugs and showering with rusty waters not a legit reason to move out? I mean, mind as well live in a cardboard box down the sidewalks of skid row.

OK people, lets fight fire with fire! Start posting everything you put on here on youtube. Also, put a link to this site on your posting. Soon, they might actually get agents that don??t lie selling the units and?? they might start responding to complaints??. That is if anyone else rents there again!
